The new guy.

The heater core blew in my Crown Vic last week so I saw that as an excuse to buy a Mini as I've wanted one for quite a long time now. Last weekend I picked up this 06 Cooper S. Loving it so far, especially the fact that it gets MUCH better gas mileage than the Ford!

Welcome. Always wondered what those R56 wheels would look like on an R53 and have to say I like it.

Welcome, congrats on the R53! You'll definitely love it, especially when you start modding it!

Finally able to start doing some mods to her. Just installed megan coilovers, hotchkis rear camber arms, 5mm spacers, and a plethora of other odds and ends on the suspension that were either rusted or stripped! Just got an alignment today too.

Looks really good! Nice choice on the adjustable rear control arms. A nice compliment to these upgrades would be an upgraded rear sway bar and some Powerflex suspension bushings.

Thanks! Yes, in time I plan on upgrading the sway bars and other suspension parts. As it sits now, it handles like a champ. Definitely happy with the money and time I've spent on it over the last few weeks.
