Hello - New F56 Owner in Las Vegas

I've had my new F56 (2015 2-dr hardtop S) for almost two weeks now, and am absolutely loving it! I've had a Mini on my wish list for the last decade. I'm really glad that I finally decided to do something about it. I don't have many pictures of it yet, this will have to do for now:

@ Springs Preserve in Las Vegas

Blazing red/black roof & mirror caps/black wheels/premium package. Just got the windows tinted today. That's kind of a necessity here in the desert.

This is my first Mini, so I'm looking forward to learning as much about it as I can.

This replaced my 2012 Chevy Cruze. The Cruze was a good car - gave me no problems, comfortable, quick (in manual mode) & better built than I expected. But going from Chevy's 1.4L single turbo engine to the B48 2.0L twin scroll turbo ... Wow! I feel like I'm driving a rocket.

Congrats, red with black roof and black wheels look good, in Vegas you might have to tint your windows. The F56 looks good with tinted window. Or you can get the JCW pro shades for the sides and rear.

More pics if you can

Welcome to NAM and congratulations for finally crossing that off your list. It always feel good finally owning something you've wanted for so long. The MINI is definitely a bit different than your Chevy Cruze. Enjoy and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Welcome, after you get the engine broken in, wait till you try the sport mode for the first time..... It's the most fun you can have with your clothes on!

Welcome! Make sure you wave to other minis! (So far in owning "Hermey" not many mini owners in Vegas understand the importance of the wave back )

Also feel free to come out for cars and coffee on Saturdays, you will be sure to find at least a few of us hanging out and walking around and I know i am always ready to go motoring on a Saturday afternoon!

Hope to see your mini around!
