Hey Folks,

I am finalizing purchasing a 2009 Mini Hardtop M/T with 87 K miles on it. I am super excited to get my hands on it.

I picked it up for about $8 K. Anyone care to comment on weather thats a good price or not? Please let me know as I am a bit concern with high mileage.

Also, I would really like to know more about this car any tips/tricks or problem I should be aware of. I am a Mini newbie so have lots to learn and super pump to it.

One last note: This form seems much more active then some of the other forums so I hope to hear from someone!

I am excited to be part of this forum. I will post some cool shots of it once I have it. It is a base model with no mods so nothing special but will post pics up.

I really hope to get some advice on the price and mileage. I am a little nervous about Mini's from the general (miss)conception of these cars not being reliable. I want to make sure I am on top of any work that is needed and avoid things that can cause problems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
