Hey Everyone... hope all is well...
I recently picked up an 05 Mini Coop S w/ about 62k on it... im pretty stoked about the car... great on gas, decent power, and got handles like staircase rails ...

Reason i picked up a mini; I use to have a v8 Tundra, that was killing me on gas... so i wanted something that would help me save alittle on gas and have FUN in... I love the styling of the Mini (exterior and interior)... the interior is suprising roomie (it has great head room and visibility out of all sides of the vehcile)... and it's comfortable and easy to drive...

I named him "Cuurbie" aka "tha CurvSta"... cuz he hit curve roads like a beast... LOL...

I look forward to meeting/chattin to good people...gaining knowledge from the more experienced... and having fun with the Mini...

UPDATE:
Earlier last week... i noticed a "Humming" sound when i would release the clutch in 1st... did some research on the noise, and I'm assuming it's a Flywheel issue... I brought the car back to CarMax for a repair... CarMax offered to buy the car back and get me into a new vehcile... I took the offer, because i totally lost my confiedence with the Mini... i need something more reliable...

So it looks like I had had short run with "Tha Curvsta"... I did enjoy the car while it lasted...
