Mini bog/delay

Hi! I'm new to the forum. I have a 2013 Mini hard-top automatic. There seems to be a bit of a bog or delay when I hit the gas, especially in 1st gear. Anyone know of a chip that can be installed to remedy this? I almost got run over turning right on a red light because the gas pedal just didn't seem to work! Thanks!

We need more details about your MINI like Dan asked. Also MINI's can not be chipped. They get the ECU tuned.

So what does tuning the ECU entail? Does it void the warranty?

First off Greetings, welcome to NAM!...
some folks say a "sprint booster" can help http://www.sprintbooster.us/Mini_Boosters.html . site only shows up to 2012, but i'm sure a 2013 version is coming (if they didn't just forget to update the site) I've never tried one, but install and removal(for service appointments)is very easy i'm told. I've just taken the 'gotten used it' approach myself because i'm a cheapskate.
