Mini Cooper S R53 gearbox problem new solution
Just to let everyone know, a clutch slave cylinder lug repair bracket is going to be launched in the UK next week.
It is a permanent repair and only takes 10 minutes to fit. No more welding or replacing your gearbox
The bracket is called the FTT BRACKET and the company web site will be up shortly, www.mini.uk.com the mini magazine will allso be doing a write up.
At the moment the bracket is only available from Minimotorsports Centre in the UK, run by John Cooper Garages and works ex chief engineer, Tony Franks, for £79.99 retail
