Strange rev after cam install

Strange rev after cam install
Hoping someone can help diagnose my new issue. Had a reputable shop (Minicorsa) in Los Angles install my RMW street cam today. Engine revs and feels fine no strange sounds. When I lift off the throttle the engine revs slightly between 200-400rpm.

I'm thinking vacuum leak, any thoughts?
