Hey All,

Been turning wrenches on different things for a long time. Kinda hooked on s10s / blazers but am finally broadening my horizons.

Wife has always wanted a mini and I've always wanted to see her in one. We're on the downhill slide of our Dave Ramsey transformation and have got the cash to bring one home. We're picking up a yellow 04 cooper tonight.

I've been around minis for a while, have a buddy that's really big into them, even stalked this site at one time so I know a little about them.

I appreciate everyone's patience as I'll probably be asking questions that will require a novel of reading.

I'm crossing through the info trying to learn as much as I can. The thing lasted a while 24hrs before I tore into it.

I installed a kenwood head unit complete with steering wheel controls. Missus is really loving the car, and is about as protective over it as a new born..



I even matched the buttons to the dash and screen to the car.



Next is getting 20% tint and slapping it on, going through all the fluids/filters and just enjoying it!
