New to the miniac family!

After patiently waiting a month for our MCS...we finally took delivery this past friday...just in time for a short road trip to Austin.
Really surprised how comfy the car is on the 200mile trip (2 recaro baby seats in the back and a full trunk) and also how stable it was at 85mph...(it didnt even feel like 85mph)

Its our daily/city car, so i have to resist modding this car. Currently have approx 600miles...will try to put another 300 this week, and will be hitting the track this saturday to chase down some V8 M3s.

Just need a classic mini now to complete this picture.

Decided to give the mini a good break in today...
was instructing at a local track day, and happen to have my mini there...so with 800miles on the clock, i had to run the car.

Very surprised how easy it is to drive the mini on track, predictable turn in understeer, even got the back end to slide a little (had traction full off), only drawback is i wish the car was a manual. Very tempted to get some sticky tires and go run the car again.
