Looks like I'm not the only one obsessively watching marinetraffic.com tonight!

I can't find a live webcam feed that covers the docks in Southampton, sadly. Anyone aware of one?

Oh, I'm so glad to hear it! I cannot imagine how stressed you must have been, the way no one seemed to know where your car was . . . (I bet ours travel from Pt. Hueneme to the dealership together.)

Looks like the Tomar will be docking within 5-10 minutes.

Can you tell?

ShipFinder is best I think, as they approach dock, you can watch the Pilot Boat meet the ship (just occured for the Themis Leader) and then the Tugs come out and escort the big ship in.

I have looked everywhere, can't find any webcams operational.

Tomar is now out of range, it seems.

Hope our babies are enjoying the buffets on the high seas!

What I cant figure out is the THEMIS LEADER left Southampton 2 hours AHEAD of TOMAR, and was last seen on a heading due W. The TOMAR was last seen on a heading due SW. It looks like the THEMIS LEADER is heading across to US and down while the TOMAR is going direct to Panama.

The TOMAR will arrive a day ahead of THEMIS LEADER at Panama. I wonder why the different course if they are headed to same location with the schedule for THEMIS LEADER a week behind TOMAR @ Port Hueneme

From Panama, the schedule until May 7th is unknown for the THEMIS LEADER. will it go to San Diego first? Is there a stop on the east coast first?

Oh well all we can do is watch and wait or is that wait and watch?

I'll go ahead and check in. My MCS Roadster is on Tomar. Obsessively checking the track is the first thing I do after waking up in the morning. I've never been this excited about a new car!

Me too. Our BRG roadster S is in route on Tomar on its way to San Diego. My wife put the fear of god in me this morning. She said "I think we should back out on our mini and get a new beetle vert.". She said it with such a straight face I thought we were doomed. Seconds pass and she couldn't keep from laughing.. Apparently my face was pretty priceless.

I have been checking a couple times a day for Tomar to show up. And no not that Tomar from Portugal that has been hugging the coast of Europe.

Cheers
Alan

You should have said "Wow, I'm glad you were joking. Divorce attorneys are really expensive."

Tomar ought to be showing up on the map again before too long, I'd think. Panama Canal, here we come!

I hope so. I've been checking fairly obsessively (as if that's going to make the ship go faster!) and I'm getting tired of seeing Tomar still sitting in that same spot on the map.

At Noon (PDT) I checked all known ship tracking sites

No sign of Tomar or Themis Leader (TL)

Tomar is scheduled to arrive in Panama today at 1600 PDT.

I will post webcam links later today

Tomar is back on the map!

Maybe between us, we can manage to grab a screenshot or two, via the Panama Canal webcams!

Tomar is at the locks at Pedro Miguel. Just the Miraflores locks after that, and she'll be in the Pacific, heading up to Port Hueneme!
