Hey all,

We got a 09 base for the wife last weekend at a dealer indoor sale. Wife has had Jeep Wrangler's since 1994. I put that up for sale and after some discussion, we decided to put the '04 Grand Cherokee up for sale as well. I am looking at the Countryman All 4 S. I may have to give up my favorite camping site, and deer hunting may get interesting. Can't justify $5gas that is coming for 3 weekends a year at av. 14 mpg.

Love the drive and the ride. Looking forward to the MPG.

Welcome and congrats!

Former Wrangler owner myself. Well, actually not former, still have her as my new mini won't be ready for 5-8 weeks. Trading in my Wrangler Unlimited for a 2012 Cooper S convertible (just couldn't give up driving topless).

Good luck with them.

gas mileage

Gotta say, I am not all that impressed with the mileage of the All4S. Averaged 30 hwy, as advertised will all highway driving it home last week. Filled it up, zeroed it out and drove it fun until today with a 75-25 mix town-hwy. and couldn't get 22 mpg. Filled up today and babied it. no sport, no steptronic, no hard acceleration and 50-50 hwy-city and barely getting 23 mpg. Good thing I like it for so many other reasons!

Going to check into the re-map cause I think it runs a little rough and it stuttered on me once already. This may help.
