Last weekend I bought a 03 R50. I have loved the original mini as a kid, but could never get my hands on one. Now with the choices of the modern day upgrades of the new Mini I couldnt resist when my old car finally died. I am not a mechanic, but I have my fair share of mechanical knowledge. However, this has been wasted on turbos and egine overhauls on japanesse vehicles and time to time good old school muscle. This is my first mini and venture into the european car world. I am excited about the adventure and hope to add intelligent, meaningful content to the forums.
