Hi everyone. Clubman on order just moved into production. Is anyone else starting this phase of the journey this week? Our's is a reef blue Clubman with the Hampton package, body color roof, black C-pillars. I really Need to stop checking the owner's lounge so much.

 

I was week 44 (I think) but was right there with you on checking the lounge. (And speaking to a person on the toll free number) Love the Hampton package...really struggled with whether or not to get it.

 

I really want to get the Hampton package, so I am looking forward to seeing yours!!

 

I'll try to get pics up as soon as I can after it gets here, but that won't be for a long, long time.

 

Start plugging your VIN in on the shipper website in the Cargo ID box. when you see it, you get to know what ship it is on and when it sails. I am currently tracking mine on the way over the Atlantic...

Ask Mini now says the car should be finished Thursday. I'm suspecting it might ship out on the Otello, which as of now is listed as the next WW ship sailing from Southampton to Port H. It's scheduled to leave on Dec. 7. Any good movie versions of the opera out there on dvd? I'm thinking I should check it out. Of course, shipping schedules change all the time, so who knows?

 

Looks like my car will ship on the Otello, due (as of now) to leave Southampton on Thursday. ETA at Port H is 12/28. Anyone else (if anyone else is listening) booked on the Otello? She was in Bremerhaven a couple of days ago and is sightseeing in Belgium right now (Bruges, Antwerp…)

 

Hi All, this is my first post, I've just been reading trying to learn how to be patient!!!! The last post from Temp House got me though.... it looks like our newborns might be traveling on the same ship. I just discovered my car is booked on the Otello as well.

I'm getting a Metallic Eclipse Grey Cooper S Hardtop. I have wanted a Mini since they came to the US in 2002, IT HAS BEEN A REALLY LONG WAIT... With all I have read on this site, I just hope she makes the boat. Do you have any tracking information from your MA? Mine has not updated me since he told me we were in production last Thursday.

 

I haven't checked in with my MA. It's my second MINI so I sort of know how to track it obsessively. It's almost second nature now. The WW site shows my car booked on the Otello. Ask Mini just says released to carrier or something like that. And the OL is never too much help, though that doesn't stop me checking it. So far things seem to have gone smoothly. I'm in full 'maybe the 17" wheels are a bad idea' and 'why didn't I get the satellite gray color line' mode right now.

 

Well tomorrow is the big day....we'll see if we make the boat. I have been tracking the Otello off and on all day; I was so happy to see it finally leave the Port.
What is your concern about the 17" wheels? I ordered the cold weather package with 17" wheels and all season tires.

 

Well, looks like our car was just "returned to shipper." Next ship isn't coming for weeks I don't think. Do you know if you made it on Otello, Blondee?

 

Wow, my status detail says, "loaded on vessel". Where does it tell you "returned to shipper"?

 

At the Wallenius Wilhelmsen site, when I use their tracking system and enter my VIN, it now says "returned to shipper." And of course the Otello sailed hours ago. It just means two more weeks of waiting, probably.
