Hey everyone just joined in last night after the purchase of a 2006 Mini S Convertible with the John Cooper Works package. Figured if we were going to do it may as well do it right. The car was purchased for the girlfriend but after I drove it a little last night I see myself stealing it often. I know very little about the mini as a whole and hope to learn some things here. I do know I'm looking forward to the first warm dry day to put this thing on a real test run. We are from the southern New Hampshire area by the way. Will post a picture soon

 

Welcome to the world of MINI! As for stealing your girl's MINI, that's how I wound up getting mine - I took my wife's so often that she finally told me to get my own! That's how we ended up with two 2006 'S' convertibles.
