Hey all, I'm new here and thought I'd say hi. I drive a 2010 clubman s, and I recently upgraded my wheels and tires so, I purchased an aftermarket TPMS. It is a RS Technik system from pyspeed.com. Anyways, I installed the product, and it does not let the computer reset the low pressure indicator in the car. I took my car to the Mini dealership and they get a signal from the TPMS, however, they cannot get the light to reset. I just asked them to remove the system from the tires so that I can send it back to the manufacturer.

So, I guess I have two questions: 1) Does anyone know why my tire pressure indicator wont reset with the new TPMS sensors? 2) Does anyone know a good cost effective TPMS replacement for my Mini that would work? (OEM part is like $200 per unit) BTW, I spoke with someone at pyspeed and they told me this is the first time they had heard of this happening with one of their systems.

Did you get the right sort of TPMS? They changed the frequency around 2010. TireRack sells TPMS which work, I got them with my wheels for $41 each.
