Hi all.
Ken here I live in Melbourne FL. I purchased my first Mini 8/6/11 from Orlando Mini. It's a new 2011 Horizon Blue with black top. The first 490 miles went great. Then the dreaded engine light came on, it still runs great. I have appointment Tuesday to get it fixed.

I know the 3 dealers near me have 2011's in stock, he prob took advantage of that.

Was at Orlando MINI this weekend getting my car washed. Noticed a couple of MINI's with marked down prices. I believe they were 2011's.

I picked up my 2011 from Orlando MINI a few weeks ago(ordered in April), I'm at 1400 miles and no problems so far (unless you count the windows that squeek when wet). I hope there isn't anything seriously wrong EVIL KEN.

 

Engine light is usually because the seal on your gas cap is broken. Or its just not on all the way.

I'm a sales pearson's dream buyer. I do a lot of research before I go out to buy and when I see what I want at the right price I buy it. Seriously they didn't have a 2012 I liked better than the one I bought. Will add pictures as soon as I figure it out
