Yes indeed, I was hoping Aniara was going to be my boat but still no data.

Hurley, no vins or updates that I have seen, since it is Sunday I am hoping the person that does the updates has the day off. Happily they don't take the 4th as a holiday, so they should all be in tomorrow!

I still checkout the webcam a bit, but now I am watching the marinetraffic.com site. Hoping the blip I am looking at is my boat.

Oh, and contratz JM, sounds like we will see some pics soon!

camminich - use a search engine, ie: cargo vessel Manon --then choose the link for marinetraffic.com. That will take you to the details page for your ship. Then click the link for "Current Vessel's track" to follow your ship.

Well, Camminich, I hope you did get on the Aniara! Yes, MarineTraffic.com/ais is awesome. I love that you can track just your own ship there!

Ugh! Nightfall has set and I can't see much of anything. Oh well. I hope this is it!

I am slowly losing my mind. The Otello is a few hours off the coast of Halifax and after off-loading onto New Jersey. Then, who knows how long it will sit before hopping a ride to Buffalo. The closer it gets to me, the more antsy I am. This is nuts.

karlos, I do know the priority one cars...the ones that are sold...take priority. I'm taking some comfort in that. Also, the Mini owners that visited the VDC in CA. stated that they processed 400 cars a day there. I'm taking comfort in that too.....

I have a feeling the next few days are going to be the longest.

I haven't heard that about priority one cars but that makes sense and has put a big fat smile on my big fat head this morning.

Yeah. Read this if you haven't. It's really interesting and explains what happens at a VDC.

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...on-center.html

It helped me a lot to understand why my car wasn't moving. We put our deposit on a car that had just come off the assembly line and was awaiting transport. It took 2 weeks for it to finally make it to Bremerhaven. It wasn't long once it's status was changed to priority one. A week after we gave Mini our money, we were forwarded the build sheet where it listed it's updated status.

OH!! AND>>>> we've got an estimated delivery date of 7/9!! YES!!!

Help! I am officially panicking! I dared to go to sleep last night and missed the entire loading of the Toronto. I woke up this morning to see it just departing. My VIN is still not in the system but I found 2 other VINs for CM that are definitely aboard the ship. Perhaps they just haven't entered them all in yet. This is highly likely, yes??? What are the chances that OL shows me the wrong VIN?

Dunno. Could be a large back log, it does look promising that there is now a ton of CMs loaded on the Manon since just yesterday there was only one. Interesting too that they are listed as received at terminal, but the Manon left yesterday.

Okay....that helps. I feel a bit better. Thank you very much!

So, Camminich, do you think you're on the Aniara or Manon?

I was hoping to be on the Aniara since my port is Baltimore. Alas I think my CM is still wandering about in Germany.

Any good news for your?

I'm sorry for you. I'm fearing the same fate for me. If so, then my next ship leaves the 16th and arrives August 10. Ugh! When does your next possible ship leave?

camminich and Hurley...I think that your kids are on exactly the ships that you think they're on. The OL and ASK-MINI both have had me waiting at the port since June 22 and STILL do. I think they are incredibly slow to update for CMs.

Mine sat awaiting transport for over 3 weeks. Then once it was on the ship, it was docked in Southampton before the OL updated. They are incredibly slow on the CM's.

That's awesome, Cam!!

I found out yesterday that I probably won't get my All4 until next week. MA has it arriving on Friday but they need a couple of days to prep, receive and get paperwork ready....or so they say. Not being very understanding considering I've walked in off the street and bought cars off the lot with less hassle. It means I either wait 2 weeks...we're going on vaca...or lose a days' vacation to drive 2 hours to pick it up.

We'll see....

Ouch, another week. It seems like when you get close to the end of the process an extra few days can seem like years.

Cam- I am so happy for you! That's great news!

Just- I hope they get it to you sooner than that. Good luck during this last bit of torturous wait!

I have to say that I think this is the worst part so far; knowing it's so close...but yet so far. It's killing me.

So I'll just continue to try and keep busy painting the garage floor and staining the steps into the house. If nothing else, it gives me motivation to finish the garage organization.

I was hoping we'd all be on one ship together but it was not to be. I am finally at the VDC. Hopefully they can turn it around quickly and get it on a truck to Buffalo. Sorry that the CMs all seem to be sitting at the dock for so long. They must be selling well. I know my MA claims they are flying off their lot.

I'm at the VDC also, karlos, due to be on a truck to my dealer tomorrow. It's been there a week. I'm sure the holiday messed things up and made my Mini's visit a bit longer.

Any word, Hurley?
