New used owner.
Hello Everyone,
I purchased a 2002 6spd R53 about 5 months ago with 70k. So far I've done the following to it:
-K&N filter
-Change transmission fluid to Redline MTL
-Changed spark plugs to bkr7equp
-Changed spark plug wires
-Changed serpentine belt
-Changed oil Mobil 1 0w-40
-Installed WMW 15% pulley. (Last Night.
)
My next plans are:
-Coolant flush
-Replace brakes
-Check/replace worn bushings (not sure which ones are bad yet)
-Match parking light color with xenon headlights
-Cold Air Intake (Maybe JCW)
-Change oil pan gasket (Bottom of pan is covered in oil but oil level drops very slowly. May have this done by a shop.)
-Suggestions welcome for other things.
Anyways, I love the car and plan to continue modding it and maintaining it. I'm trying to do as much work as I can on my own and this forum has been a great resource for me so far. Thanks.
