That's good to know about the service at Mainline They are closer to me than West Chester so I might need to go there for service some time. I think maybe car dealers don't always take women seriously when we're buying a car. Oh well, Holly at Otto's took me seriously. I negotiated the whole thing through email!

Just talked to my MA...they have no idea when to expect my car. They're hoping for this week.

He said a truck that was due Monday still isn't there yet. He didn't know if mine was on that one or another one.

They're waiting on delivery of 11 MINIs for customers...

 

Independence II docked in Baltimore last night. So there's another set of MINIs that's made it stateside!

 

This last leg seems to be taking forever, my car will hopefully get to the dealership this morning. Getting the Invishield installed though so not sure when it'll be ready, maybe Monday?

By my estimate the Madame Butterfly is near Cabo San Lucas. Only 2+ days before she is anchored in Port Hueneme!!!

Jealous of all the week 14 MINIs that have made it home already!

Eno - totally random chance - this was the first time I had checked the site all day...

 

I was checking off an on throughout the day and was on a plane when she finally showed up . Its exciting that she is not only almost to PH but is also ahead of schedule (expected @ 4am PDT!).

 

The Madame Butterfly is docked!!!! Now the wait on the VDC begins

 

I have heard that custom-ordered (pre-sold) MINIs get priority over dealer-stock orders, so it may be a very quick run through VDC. Good luck!
