Purchasing Question

Hey all!

I originally posted this on the Tar Heel MMC site and thought I'd try here as well:

Has anyone else used zag.com or any of its affiliates (ConsumerReports, Overstock, AmericanExpress) or purchased through CostCo or some other buying program?

If so, what was your experience like? If you had to purchase from someplace other than your local dealer, because they didn't/don't participate, was there any push back later getting service? Or, were you able to bring the price from the zag participating dealership to your local dealership and get a match?

link to zag: http://www.zag.com/

It sounds like a good way to go to avoid the stress of haggling with the dealer and still being able to get a decent price for the vehicle. If it works.

Thanks for responses.
