Good Deal on 2010 Mini Convertible?

I am currently in the market for 2010 Mini Convertible (it will be my first...i now drive a BMW 328) and want to know if I'm getting a good deal on the traditional lease. The select plan offers a great rate, but i'm afraid that if u want to sell the car after 3 years that i won't get for it what I owe. Below are the Specs for the offer...

2010 Mini Convertible with Premium Package
MSRP $28700
12K miles; 36 month lease
$394 a month tax in

I have excelent credit and qualify for teh current 1.9%

Any thoughts? It sounds a bit high to me.
THANKS

Leasing never seems like a good option regardless of the car to me. It does seem a bit pricey, but I am a hardtop kind of guy too.

Is it an S model or a justa?

You can't beat a 0% finance on the 2010 convertible. Discounts are steep as well.

Its not an S, justa...
I forgot to mention that the deal is pretty much no $$ down, just first payment. the O% APR they are offering for financing is great, but the payments would be $525 and I really wanted to stay on the $300's, Ideally $375.

Is that mileage per year? Otherwise not enough to make it worthwile. The overages on per mile basis will cost "lots" of money..

The offer includes 12,000 Miles per year or 36,000 miles in teh 3 years term of the lease. I wont exceed that.
