Hello everyone. I'm a nubie to this forum and to mini coopers. I just bought a 2010 JCW and I'm really happy with it, except for the ride height. I'm just wondering if anyone has some torque specs for the suspension. I ordered the springs already and I'm planning to install them myself. Any input or suggestion about the intallation would be very much appreciated.

 

Welcome! If you use the search option in the suspension forum you'll find all the help you need. Just do a search for aftermarket lowering spring install.

also M7 has coilover install intructions on thier site.... same thing really. I think it had some specs in there
