So, I bought a hot chocolate Clubman S. It has everything minus bring a JCW.
I had it for exactly before my long list of mods started.
I will post pics by tomorrow.
This car is very new and different from my "usual" choices but I am enjoying it so far.

 

Welcome to the show! You just can't go wrong with a Clubman, especially a Cooper S. Other than having about the same performance as a hardtop, you get usable room. I see posters already writing the Clubman's obituary due to the Countryman being released but I surely hope not. I can only see it happening if the Countryman's performance is similar to the hardtop and the Clubman.

 

I think the Clubmans are great, and I doubt BMW would kill it off. Some people want a little more room than the hardtop provides, and the Countryman might be a little too large for them. I could see them basing future Clubmans off the Countryman's chassis though. I dig the all-wheel drive, but I prefer smaller, more nimble vehicles so if they made an all-wheel Clubman then I'd be all over it.

Anyway, enough of what I think. Congrats on the new Clubman, and a hot chocolate one to boot! Looking forward to seeing some pics when you get around to it.
