The Mini has always held a special place in my heart. The first car I drove in England was a British Racing Green Mini panel van, back in 1980. It had NO features other than a passenger seat!

So when the new MINI came into being I vowed to get one. And today it happened. I bought a 2010 MINI Clubman, standard, manual tranny, but 16" black wheels.

I don't know a darn thing about the 1.6 liter engine, or sport thing-a-bob button, but I love this little car!

I kept the Sport Button on in the City and took it off on the Highway in a Justaclubman w/ Manual.

 

I know nothing of sport buttons, but an excellent choice of color.

Chili Red is the bestest and fastest color

 

Chili Red (I got that backwards in my subject line) is also a magnet for crazy people getting WAY TOO CLOSE to me on the highways!
