Hi all . . . just wanted to say hello from Houston. I'm a new member and an owner of a new 2010 horizon blue MCS.

Howdy do! Sounds like you have a beauty there. Other than here and other MINI forums, look into joing a local Houston MINI club. Houston MINI Motoring Society is a good place to start.

 

Welcome to the forum, hows the weather in the big H, I am a native but glad to be here in air conditioned Utah, would suggest a road trip headed north this time of year, MINI's run better in low humidity.

Thanks all for the welcome and the recommendations. The weather in Houston is typical for June . . . HOT. I'm actually in the SF Bay Area this weekend and enjoying much milder temps and low humidity. I wish the Mini was here to enjoy the nice roads!

Yep, that's sharp! Also, I like goiing back to visit my family in Houston but there is no way I can ever go back to stay. Way too much traffic for me!
