Sideways in the Garage

I bought a used 06 S on Thursday. It has prompted me to investigate things that probably don't need to be done......

but what if we had 4 Minis and they all had to fit in the garage?

You should be able to fit four in a standard two car garage...if two of them are classics.

You could fit 4, with no problems.

Is your garage a 3 door variety? Can't tell from the photo but thats what it looks like to me.

2 car door, but 3 car wide. The Z06 get's parallel parked off to the side to get it it out of the way for the winter.

I have a very nice neighbor who lets me, and my friend, and my friend's son store our classics the spare bay of her two car garage. She drives a Volvo wagon and parked next to it is a 71 TR6, a Spitfire and a project 75 TVR 2500M.

When I was growing up in the 60s, Mom had a Lincoln Continental with the suicide doors and Dad had a Corvette Stingray. I had a 1959 Morris Mini Minor 850 [yeah, the original...a REAL classic to all you classic owners...4-speed, non-synchronized tranny, choke, floor-mounted pushbutton starter, slide windows in front and flip opens in the back...5 gal. gas tank and 36.7 mpg @12c/gal. reg.] that I parked sideways behind Mom's [all the way pulled forward] car [I was still able to get in and out of my car and the garage door never hit it as it closed]. The garage was a two car with the one big door, but it seemed a bit deeper than a normal garage, cuz Dad always had the rear wall crammed with tools and such.
