Finally! 2007 Chili Red MCS

I've been lusting after one for awhile now. I see that I've even been a NAM member since 2008!

We'll, I picked up a used 2007 MCS with only 9k miles on it over the weekend from a non-MINI dealer! I'm loving it.

I've already had it to the MINI service dept for a good looking over and all seems to check out. It has already had a mass air flow sensor replaced and the HPFP replaced and an oil change, so maybe it's already broken in for me The tough part is the nearest service dept is about 2 hrs 45 minutes away with low traffic so I hope so. A small price to pay I suppose.

It came with some massive 20" "pimpin' ain't easy" wheels that I'll soon replace with something a bit more in my age group if anyone is interested

Took this pic of it while I was test driving it for a few days before I committed. I knew deep down that I was going to buy it the whole time, but did summon up the ***** to say I could bring it right back to the dealer when he could "only go down about another $100". Called his bluff and it paid off.

I've gotten so much info from this group. Thanks to all of you that contribute!

Well you obviously have patience, glad you are so pleased with the new MINI and yeah I would get rid of the 20"ers', think the MINI is a little small for tires that large.

Very nice and congrats! I really didn't think 20's would fit on a MINI...Please show us some pics when you replace the wheels!
