MC Clubman - New Owner

Will pick up a BRGreen with Black top MCC this week. It is a 2009 model sold as a "Retired Demo" - it was part of the loaner fleet. A little over 8000 miles.

Moving frm a Honda Element and am concerned over some of the issues I have read on this blog. While the Honda is not sexy nor sporty - it runs like a top. No issues at all in 38,000 miles.....so am concerned I will have issues with the MCC. Time will tell.

Anyway - this is a wonderful blog and I am exicted to be part of it and this rather close knit community of MC owners.

Loasds of questions about stereo, satellite radio, amps, woofers, wheels, tires......endless list it seems.

Cheers
Dennis

Greetings from a Clubman and Element owner. In fact, I think our Element is at about 38K, just starting to get some strange noises from the rear brakes, but other than that it's been solid.

Good luck with your MCC, we love ours!

You're gonna love your new ride. Only 8k miles... that's a new car!
I"m sure you'll find that the MINI has about the same kind of issues that other cars have. However, the fun factor far exceeds other cars!

Welcome to the world of MINI's. It may not be quite as reliable as your Honda (few cars are) but I don't think you will regret your purchase, too much fun to be had.
