Talked to my MA today. My MINI still has not been released from the VDC. Tommorow will be 10 days that it's been there. Getting pretty anxious.

I think the VDC is taking their sweet time painting and installing the JCW aero kit, I was going to have the VDC installed mine but decided not to when they wanted to charge me $2799.00+tax, I bought the JCW kit primed from my dealer($1355.00+tax) and had them painted it for $650.00, total paid was $2138.00 I will install it myself as I did on my '06.

It's got contrasting stitching (as does your shift **** & boot) and it looks GREAT! Digging your interior, the Camden treatment is really nice.

Yep. you are right about the contrasting stitching, the emergency brakes has it also.
Yes, the interior is very nice especially with the carbon black leather seats and the anthracite headliner, it looks better in person than in the photos.

Car looks awesome!

How are you liking it so far? Can you comment on the HK sound? Debating on getting that or not.

More pictures would be welcomed!

Thanks and enjoy!

Thanks, I am having a blast driving this little red hot chilli pepper :D and also enjoying installing all the little pieces I acquired during the wait. I am pretty happy with the HK sound and although I think it could use a little more bass I think I would be kicking myself if I hadn't got the HK sound.

Still waiting for my floor mats to arrive

It's jaw-dropping, Ohmen. Very well done and worth the wait, I'm sure. I am really impressed by the interior choices.

I'm being sent my production number and week later today, so my wait begins then. Wish me luck!

Safe travels.

Thank you so much! I find myself gazing at it every now and than when I am passing by the garage door haha. I filled my time waiting by researching and purchasing pieces for the car. When the parts arrive in the mail it is like you have a piece of your MINI in your hands. :D
