HEllo all!

Hello!

I am fairly new to NAM, though I used it extensively to build my order. Everyone was a huge help!

I ordered my 2010 MCC on Saturday (Happy Halloween) ! How soon can your production week be determined? Initially my order was the incorrect car on OL but corrected within a day. Does this mean I jumped into a dealer production slot? Does this speed things up?
I call ASK mini and chickened out and went with the automated route. It stated scheduled for prodution, but no confirmed production date. I was afraid if I called so soon the real peeps would laugh at my impatience.

Any thoughts?

This is going to do nothing positive for my anxiety!

Welcome and congratulations!!

Don't worry about calling and sounding impatient...most of us did that. Obsessively.

welcome to the insanity! *mwwahaaahaaahhaaa!*
for order info and tracking etc. etc. check out this link: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d-updated.html

it has wonderful links and a step-by-step way to track your MINI while in production, as well as across the pond.

ask mini is very inconsistent anyways. Your dealer has the latest info on the status of your vehicle. My MINI was released at Port Hueneme, CA on 10/30/09, and it is probably at the VDC at the moment. But ASK MINI tells me that my vehicle is at the port in England waiting for a shipping vessel. total crap!

Congratulations! We all very much understand your enthusiasm.

It will be a long wait, but worth every agonizing minute of it!

Hi b13 and welcome to the madness!! Just reading your post brings back the jittery nervousness and anxiety that comes with ordering a Mini....
Hopefully you will be tracking it soon,,, sounds like you have a nice looking Clubman on order!! And lots of times the order looks incorrect online...then all of a sudden you start getting some info that you can follow... hang in there!

Welcome to the "Waiting Anxiously" group. You will find a lot of support here at NAM. Good luck and hope your new MINI will soon be here.
