I have the Blackberry Tour. While using the bluetooth from convenience package. While talking, every complains they can not hear me. Is there some setting I do not know about?

 

There's probably not a way to control the outgoing volume with the phone.

You can check to see if the car's microphone is installed in the English location. Swapping it over should help if it is, but there's not much else you can do besides speak a bit more loudly.
