Hi All!

My wife and I have been in a MINI club since 2007 (go PDXMINI.ORG !), but just got our first MINI! Her sister, mother, and father all have MINIs and I got to drive Mom's 06 Cooper (DJ for Ducky Jr. - long story) on the runs (don't tell DJ she's not an S, she kept up just fine!).

On the 18th of July we were pointed at a 2005 Works Convertible advertised up in Seattle (we're in Portland, OR). The deal was too good to pass up, so her dad drove us up in Dorie (Blue on Blue 06 Cooper S Convertible) and picked up Ellie (short for Evlyra).

She only had 18,400 miles on her, and now shes almost has 19k. Only took two days to have her first mod, an ALTA stubby antenna, a week to get an ALTA Works replacement air filter, and two weeks to get the ALTA 17% pulley put on her along with the tensioner stay.
