There is a tropical storm brewing in the atlantic. It might be the forst storm named for the Hurricane season. I think we are all safe, but my MA mentioned when ordering that the vehicle carriers steer far clear of these storm whern they have 1000's of cars on board. I hope My Mini's e-brake is on for the ride!

 

Man don't play with Hurricane reports ! My house is being fixed from last year ! Look in back ground of my Lighting Blue Mini = the box in my front yard has been there almost for a year and Hurricane season starts June 1 ! Happy Motoring ! i live in Louisiana deep south = bayou country = home of them LSU Tigers College baseball watch out here come the Tigers !

I have a friend that lives in New Orleans. His family and business were hit hard. But all is forgoten now and they are moving forward. I hope all is working out for you as well.

 

Sorry to jump the Hurricane stuff . We get spooked easy down here in the south ! No New Orleans is not ok = thousand of homes destroyed , and still no one living there . New Orleans East is like a ghost town . My house is still in limbo because of the insurance company . My neighbor just moved back a few weeks ago and still has lots of work to be done on his home also = insurance money = they want pay ! I work and have worked for ever and its a shame the insurance companies want cover what they say they will ! I live below new orleans in Houma louisiana and we are coming back but slowly . I will run again this year if a cane gets close. I have worked extra jobs to pay for my house repairs and was not given one hand out from FEMA or anything. Made enough to buy a new Mini also because my Jeep was destroyed in the storm = needs new engine got wet ! With the good lords help we will make it ! Yes i see the tropical depression may hurt shipping and of course the Mini;s coming over from the other side the pond . We are in good shape here = God , friends , family & a new Mini LOL !
