Crashed

Sadly I crashed my 9 month old Mini this past week. It is totalled and I am wondering what people have been paying for new ones. Any discounts?
Please share your recent buying experience. Thanks!

So very sorry about your MINI.... hope you are alright. How did it hold up in an accident? I know that Cincinnati Mini is offering great deals on the ones in stock.

Thanks everybody!
I am fine, wish my car was too.
never thought that less then a year later I would be doing this all again.
Hopefully they will have one that meets my specs on the lot so I will not have to wait again. That was the longest 6 weeks ever!
I was just curious to see if anybody was getting anything off MSRP with the economy and sales the way they are. Complete opposite of last summer.
I am going back to same dealer and rep I brought my last one from. Also had referred somebody else to him that brought a new convertible too. Hopefully they give me something off.

plowed into the back of an SUV with one of those reinforced bumpers with tow hitch. Not a scratch on their vehicle. Mini though took alot of damage but everything was pushed up instead of into the passenger department. Windshield didn't even break. Adjuster said it handle crash very well.

I just got my MCS with Sport, Premium and a couple of other options for $24950 ($1500 discount) and 2.9% interest. It was an April only deal, but it looks like they are really trying to move what they have on the lots.

Thanks again for the responses!
engine and frame damage. no airbag deployment.
Glad it didn't s I heard they break your nose and I was fine luckily with it not going off.
$1500 off sounds good. What dealer was that?

ngweibing: what part of the car are you looking for? I will check into for you once I get final info from insurance company.

Thanks again!

I live in the Knoxville, TN area and the closest dealer is in Greenville, SC (Century Mini). Mini of Nashville was the one offering the discount and Century matched it.

I was in the same boat you were in a few months ago. My Mini was totaled as well due to frame damage and had to order/buy a new one. I got 1500 off an ordered car. If you run a search of my posts and then focus on threads that have anything to do with price inquiry/price paid I have posted a lot of information in there. Infact way too much to put in here. It shouldn't take you too long since I only have some 30 posts total.

Try prestige mini in Ramsey. It is close to you. They are a huge dealer and seems to be running lots of Mini specials. Not long ago, I saw some ads for as much as $2000 - $2500 off.
