To Stripe or Not to Stripe?

Any thoughts on the quality of the Factory stripes. Better to get from factory OR get aftermarket?

Thanks!

I have factories on my new MCS, but had aftermarkets on my old MC. The factory stripes seem to be maybe a wee bit better quality, but it's negligible.

As long as they're pre-cut, I don't think it really matters. You can probably save quite a bit of $$$ by going aftermarket, though.

Also, if you decide to get a protective film ("clear bra") for the front end of the car, going with aftermarket stripes gives you the option of putting the stripes over the protective film, so that you can later change out stripes without having to re-do the clear bra.
