Hello everyone, my salesman told me that my 09 jcw cooper just comes in port, she will be started doing the jcw accessories installing this week, prop I can get her in next 2-3weeks...
This would be my first MINI. I'm so excited.... cant wait to see her...
Also Im looking to do some mod for my baby later on. What will be the most wanted for a jcw cooper?? Any advise would be helpful, since I dont have any idea about the mini...

What mods to do, really depends on what you plan to do with your Mini. Do you plan to autocross or go to track days? Keep your warranty in mind. Mini has been killing warranties over "competition" or mods.

If it's already a JCW, I wouldn't worry too much about engine/intake mods. Some will recommend different cat/back exhausts, struts, tires (that a biggie). Interior mods? I only have an iPod adapter. Many love the parcel shelf, but for me that's just another crap-collector.

One must do mod though, are M7 Strut Reinforcement plates to prevent "mushrooming" of your strut tower caps. Cheap, and easy to do.

 

Do you know if those m7 plates fit with the jcw strut tower brace?

Also, would they just be redundant with the strut tower brace?
