The WW line has a lot of good info to look at. The Kline does not. The only way to know if you are on a Kline ship is if your MA lets you know. If you are booked on a WW line ship your info normally show up a few days before the ship sails.

There should be a "Port Loc" on your vehicle inquiry report. But it won't be Baltimore because there is no MINI VDC there. Not sure where you're located, but if in the Northeast it will be NY (actually Jersey city NJ)

 

Hello I'm new to the forum, Mine has been built and ask mini said it arrived at the dock on the 27th, but I tried to search on the W&W site using my vin but no liuck. I'm hoping its on the k-line coming into Charleston. can't wait, Once to does make it across the pond how long does it take to go thru the VDS and head toward the dealer?
I just ordered a Pepper white coupe Loaded, I would have liked to have got an S but the extra cost would just end up getting me a lot of speeding tickets, I have a bass boat and love to go fast!!!!

 

My MA told me no more then 3 days, but I thought I read on here of some folks waiting a lot longer.

 

Although it could be that some of those cars are actually on a K-Line boat, and there isn't a good way for them to find out.

 

Just called ASK MINI, and it looks like my car is awaiting transport.
The next boat out to NY is on Nov 5th--the MAERSK WIND.
Hope I'm on it. The MAERSK WIND arrives on Friday the 14th, and the mini facility is closed over the weekend. The next boat, The Courage, departs on the 8th and arrives on Monday the 17th.
Keeps getting closer...and yet...it seems forever away

 

Well it looks like my Mini is still sitting on the dock. Got skipped over on 2 WW ship and 1 Kline ship. Sure wish I could figure out how some car get on ships right away and others sit of days. Maybe next week.

 

Mini Rose sat at the VPC for 12 days, along with 2 other Mini's for my dealer. No reason given other than thay have a lot of cars to process.

 

I am not sure but I think it has to do with dealer allocation,some dealers have more spots per month depending on their turnover.

 

Found out from my MA, Lil Blue Coop is on the Western Hwy due into SC on 11/13.

I'm SO pumped for my MINI! I haven't figured out the tracking/boat information but my baby is awaiting transport.

All I know is that I should get it by the end of the month. Which is ridiculously exciting... EEE! Hehe

To figure out the tracking, read the sticky on tracking your mini in the 1st gear forum. There are three useful links there. There is a link for the shipping schedule for W&W and a shipping schedule for the K-line. There is also a tracking link for W&W. Let us know when you are booked!

Never really thought about it, But I have a 1992 Chevy Silverado that I ordered new and it is soild black and the Cooper will be soild white so maybe I'll name them Salt and Pepper... ?

Mine was ON the Undine, but hasn't shown as being unloaded. I hope it isn't on the way to Baltimore! I placed my order on October 8, so I'm pretty pleased with the speed so far.
