Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. I must say, I have always been a great admirer of the Mini ever since I saw The Italian Job . Needless to say, now that the gas prices have skyrocketed, it was time to trade in my husband's 2000 Ford Excursion Limited Turbo Diesel for something more fun and compact. I guess we couldn't have downsized to a smaller car than the Mini, going from the biggest SUV ever made to the smallest car. I am having so much fun with it, especially since the Mini came with a manual transmission. Yes, I have the Mini and gave up the other car (a 2004 BMW X5 4.4i) to my husband instead. I know I'm going to have a great time on this site, cause Mini people are just like their cars...all about fun, fun and more fun!!!
