Just ordered my new Mini!

Hey all,

Just pulled the trigger on a '08 Cooper S, Mellow Yellow w/Black roof. The only goodies I added were LSD and Xenon's. The mini will become my daily driver replacing the cowboy Cadillac (F150) which will now be relegated to towing duties. The mod bug has already bitten and I've ordered a stubby antenna from Alta.

I'm a full blown track junky - I have an E46 M3 that I flog around the local SoCal tracks (ButtonWillow, WIR, and CMS). If I'm not racking up frequent lurking miles here on NAM, you can find me over on the M3 Forum.

How do you tell (other than bugging your salesperson) what week production will happen? Does it specify on the status page in the owners lounge?

I wondered that, too. I was not told, and did not see anything in the Owners' Lounge.

I have found that 866-ASK-MINI has better info than the Lounge, FWIW.

I do know that my car entered the "body shop" (sounds bad, doesn't it?) a week ago. So, my guess is that I am in whatever week number last week is. What would it be? 23?
