Well after drooling over the MINI for the past 6 years, I finaly made the plunge and bought one.

Please say hello to my new 2008 BRG MINI Cooper "Hops". He is pretty basic, Sport seats, multi function steering wheel, Premium package, and white turn signals. Thats about it. It sure was a nice motoring weekend!

Wow a 6 year wait, that's major persistence! Welcome to MINI-dom and NAM

 

I'm in the same boat.. Loved the MINI since it came out. I would've ordered before now, but I got in a situation where I needed a car immediately and got talked into buying a Dodge Neon. Bleh. But now I have a better job and the Neon is paid off, so I'm just waiting for the MCS to arrive!

I can relate to the wait, I also waited 6+ years to get a Mini and now I will never drive anything else. I've had mine for almost 2 months and I can't get the perma-grin off my face.

I would so love to head to the Dragon! Oh man, that looks absolutely amazing!! However, the drive from Arizona would be a bit long :-) There are som great drives here in Arizona!! The Sedona Redrocks, Jerome Mining, and several other passes to enjoy!
