Hello all! I've been a long time admirer of all things MINI since way back in 2002. I've literally spent hundreds of hours on MINIusa in the past years and I'm just now finally able to get one.
In about a week and a half I'll be picking up a gently used 05 Cooper S with just under 30k miles on it. I'm working at CarMax right now and I found "the one". I'm sooooooooo excited. Everyone who knows me knows that I've always loved MINI's and now I'm going to have one to call my own. Here's what I have so far:
It's quite literally only one or two options away from the exact car that I used to "build" over and over, so I finally pulled the trigger. Sport and Premium packages, rear fog (for that full row of switches!), Hyper Blue w/ black, etc. The only thing I would have personally added would have been the Hyper Blue interior trim and the anthracite headliner, but I think I can deal with it.
It hasn't really sunk in that this will be my car yet, but I'm going crazy waiting for it to be transfered from VA to GA. I'm sure I'll be here on NAM an unhealthy amount for the foreseeable future so I look forward to getting to know everybody.

OK, looks like a winner.
Be sure to post once you get it how much you like to drive.
And take a picture of you and your "cherished" MCS.
Now how could anyone have sold that MINI in the first place???!!!!????

Hmmm... I don't have a name picked out just yet. I think once I actually see the car in person and take it for a drive it will come to me. I really do love this car already...
