Hey car girl - I just joined today too. Just called my mini dealer and my salesman is driving mine from BMW to MINI ... he just called - I wont make it in time before they close - he said he will leave it near a window. lol - I definetly have the bug!

Welcome to NAM, kids, and welcome to the addicting world of Mini! Car Girl, you're in good company - there are lots of us chicks who dig cars here. If you're a modder, there's a thread for Chicks who like to mod the Minis.

Oh yeah,...and make sure you always wave to other Minis. It's practically a requirement for owning a Mini (although there are a few debates going on at this site about that...)

Hey, if it has the wings and circle, and SAYS Mini, it's a MINI. Maybe we should make two separate kinds of hand-waves - one for Coopers and one for Clubbies...? Clubbies get the beauty-queen wave, and Coopers get the crazy, shake-your-hand-off wave. (Only coz we've been out longer than clubbies, though.)

Coming head-on the people that don't want to wave to us may have to un-wave when they realize that they waved to a clubby.

I was just going to write to say that you have to wave because you won't know that it was a Clubman until it's past ... and with me, once a wave is given it cannot be withdrawn. If it was sincerely given, then that's all there is to it!
