Hi, I am Juha and I am looking forward to placing an order for a 2009 Mini JCW. We have two dealerships here in Houston area and hopefully one of them will tell me when I can place my order. I read somewhere that July 14th is a date when orders will be taken, but I have not received any confirmation on this. Ready and waiting. I look forward to great dialogue in this forum.

No July 14th is the date of RELEASE. I ordered mine over a month ago. I suggest getting in touch with your dealer(s).

 

Thanks, Mozza. I have contacted both, but neither has indicated to me when I can place an order. So they are already taking orders for the 2009 Mini JCW, wish they would have told me. I guess e-mails are not a good way to communicate. Thanks.

 

Sika some dealers are notoriously bad with knowing about new developments. You should call them up and tell them to get their **** together. I don't know if I'd be comfortable ordering my car from either of these dealerships if they didn't even know you could order it yet. My MA called me in early APRIL to tell me I could come in and order.

Just placed an order at the dealer yesterday. Now two weeks and I'll have a production number on a 2009 MINI JCW. Reading your posts was an enormous help. For once I did not feel like there was black magic going on behind the curtain. Thank you to all in the forum.
