Hello, everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I recently bought a 2005 Mini Cooper (named her Winnie Cooper) and I can say that I am addicted already. I'm in Houston, Tx, and am already thinking about looking for a Mini car club to become a part of; something I would never have considered with my former car (a Camaro).

From the looks of things, you guys seem like a bunch of quality individuals. And I must say, these boards are the first ones I check on my Google Reader now. Anyway, I'm really enjoying these boards and I've already learned quite a bit about what to expect with my Mini. Exciting times are ahead, I can tell!

Welcome, we had never become part of a group with any of our other cars.. but with the mini we did! and i have never regretted it.. we are a military family.. and it is nice to have a family away from home!

 

I've been owned by my MINI for five years now (almost to the day!) and I still smile every time I walk up to it in the parking lot. Welcome and to the neigborhood, and congratulations!
