When I log onto ol.miniusa.com it shows me most of the main options but ignores others (e.g., automatic). My MA says the order was placed properly. Is this common?

It should show the "Steptronic automatic transmission" in the mature listing on the ol website under options. Keep in mind that in the initial days after ordering, the options may not match up until your car is substituted for the slot already planned. Use the arrow buttons on the sides to go through all the options- they are in alphabetical order with Steptronic as the listing of interest here. If all your other options are there and the colors are right but the steptronic automatic is not - then I would have them check into this.

+1. My ordered options took about 48 hours to show up correctly. Steptronic did show with all the others at that time.

 

I emailed my MA and then we chatted on the phone. I logged in to let him know what was missing and suddenly there were the options.

He also mentioned that production for the mini was about a week ahead of when he expected. Good day.
