Hey all,

My girlfriend and I got our first MINI last week. Have wanted one for ages. On my drive to work, I pass a little 05 yellow with black bonnet stripes...we looked at it, drove it and did some more research. With the re-sale being so strong, we figured we should just get a new one.

So, we strolled into MINI of Pittsburgh, and there she was...Sophie...perfect.

MCS Dark Silver, Black roof, carbon black checkered cloth, piano black interior, automatic, premium, sport, cold weather packages. chrome exterior, white turn signals, hifi sound, front fogs, xenon lamps, 16" bridge spokes, all-weather tires. All we did was add a black sport stripe.

Been reading the threads last few days...really want to get one of the stubby antennas and have to have the chrome scoop...and of course new rims in the spring time.

Just wanted to say hi...love this little place

Great little story, I am the same way; could not wait 6-8 weeks.

Welcome to NAM piccolo and girl friend. I think batgirl is right. There will be another MINI in your household. Not that there's anything wrong with that!! I bought mine from the showroom also as it had every thing I wanted and a bit more. After you read all the moanin and groin by the people who are waiting for their car to get here, you'll be glad you got you ride instantly.
