Hi all - My MA found the car I pretty much what have ordered but it was already produced. Pepper white with black top, premium and cold weather package, beige leather with ivory, with the english walnut. Sort of a mutant baby Jag. It has stripes. little ambivalent on that, but MA offered to peel them off, supposed to be easy if they have not been on long.

Been reviewing the posts, very helpful, and less testy posters than other forums. Forums like this are a real service.

When I drove the mini wasn't expecting to be impressed, but was very surprised on handling, gearbox feel and even comfort (seats are nice). Compared to a BMW 328 I also drove, great car, but not a sports car, and overkill for my 5 mile a day commute.

Looking forward to arrival, right now shows awaiting transport, no joy from the WW site. Will try the Ask Mini route as suggested in another thread.

 

Congrats on your order and welcome to NAM. Calling 1-866-ASK MINI and talking to a live person will usually get more current info than the OL and recorded messages, but they are only available Mon-Fri. Good luck and hope you have a quick delivery.

So its in transport now according to ol, checked the ww site, and no record therre. Assume next step is call the MA.

I'm not good at waiting till Christmas morning either.
