Does anyone know how frequently the owner's list order status updates? Every night, less frequently, or even more often?

 

The problem with the OL is not so much as to how often it updates, the problem seems to be more like how often the new data is entered into the system. I have learned that the OL we use as new owners and the info that your dealer/MA on thier system is not a "shared" data base, so there are delays/conflicts at times.
But a simple answer to your question, there is no documented time for OL updating, so it would just be a guess at best.
