Regarding the reporting, I was half wondering if prior return trips were showing up somehow. If you turn back the hours reporting you can get a sense of prior crossings.

I am sure it will make port on Monday as planned.

Right name but wrong call sign/class, that Liberty is a tanker with a call sign of WDD6717.
If you click on the location, it will zoom in and that is actually the Baltimore area.
The Liberty you want has a call sign of WRYX and will show as a cargo ship.

 

ahh I see. How do you get the callsign to show up on aislive? I see a box underneath, but it's blank showing no ships at all. I tried clicking the triangle or ship name and it just zooms in/out.

Edit: Ahh nevermind! Just noticed that you can select the ship on the box to the left. I thought that was for choosing maps.

I've got my Mini on the Liberty too. I haven't had any updates to miniusa--still says the car is "en route." My MA (from Mini of Sterling in VA) told me that according to her records, the car is not scheduled to be at the VDC until 9/21. The waiting is KILLING me!!!
Have you heard anything?

Hi Melissa,

The whole lot of NJ bound MINI's were noted on the WW tracking today as being "discharged" around at exactly 11am. The Liberty was gone last night so they offloaded them yesterday and I guess the paperwork caught up today. I've read frequently that online will not update until the car is at the dealer if at all so I dont pay much attention to that anymore. Several posts say to assume a couple of days at the VDC. I think its possible that cars will start showing up at dealers perhaps as early as tomorrow. That last batch made it through in record time! I am keeping my fingers crossed that mine shows up by Friday. I am having the Ipod install done so that will slow things down a bit though I read that in some cases, they are installing them at the VDC. That would be handy! Keep us posted!

Thanks Hazmat! I was hoping my MA was mistaken and that the 9/21 date she has is actually when the car arrives at the dealer. I'll let you know if I hear anything--or if I get the call that she is here.

Hi Melissa!

My MA said last night that my car was released from the VDC on the 19th with a due date of the 21st. I just got off the phone with him and he said my car is hot off the truck 30 minutes ago and will be ready for an 11am delivery Saturday Morning! Bet yours gets to your dealer today too!

Just got word from my MA. My new MCS is on a truck and making its way to VA. I have a tentative appt to pick her up on Monday. Thanks to all who sweated this one out with me. I'll post a few photos sometime next week.

Anybody receive word from their MA about expected delivery of their Mini from the Charleston discharge on Sunday? I'm hoping that there will be a truck rolling into Chicago sometime this week.

 

My car is expected at the dealer for Saturday-after some dealer installed jazz I might be able to pick it up Tuesday! (the suspense is wild)

Just a quick post to say I picked up my new ride yesterday from the dealer. It is all that I expected and then some! I am diggin the whole car, but am especially fond of the voice activated nav/sound system. I may never talk to my husband in the car again
