I drive about 100 miles a day to work and back so I traded my Dodge Ram 4x4 crew cab for the Mini. My Mini is a brand new '06 that they were discounting a lot since it was the last '06 on the lot. The dealer added the aero package plus it has the premium, cold weather and sport package. I am hoping my gas mileage will be lots better with this than my Dodge.

 

I really like that color combination! I've never seen one in person, but my husband was describing it to me and said he saw one on the I15 Northbound near Rancho Bernardo.

Like the unusual paint. Yes, it is a transition from big to small. My previous, and now reserve, vehicle with 4 wheels is an F-250 crew cab diesel. I'm still blown away by how a tap on the gas pedal almost instantly puts me 10 mph faster than I was. These things rock!

 

Thanks! I really like the contrast. I am planning to put some bonnet stripes and boot stripes on it to match the sliver color.
I am still adjusting to the size difference. My garage was filled with my truck now I could almost turn around in the garage with the MINI!

I am fairly new to NAM and have read a lot of the threads but I have never seen where people can get the Owners Club Badges and the MINI drawings that people use in their signatures. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Very nice combination on the 06, it sets the Aero kit off nicely. Not sure what strips you would want, but make them unique. Perhaps something from AC or one of the other vendors would be the ticket.

On the graphics, once you have found or created a graphic, use the sig-o-matic in the left menu towards the top to edit your signature.

I remember seeing a thread about the nice MINI pictures with the person's name who creates them. I was a couple of days ago, so perhaps somone will remember it and post a cross-thread for you. Or use search trying to find custom signature graphics. You should get a hit or two.

Like your 06, more pictures interior and exterior would be great. Nice buy.

 

Actually I have access to a vinyl cutter so I am planning to design and cut the stripes myself. I have been looking for design ideas, I am not sure what to do yet.
